What We Believe
We Believe there is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We accept the Bible as God's infallible Word and our only rule of faith and practice.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe all men are sinners by divine declaration, by nature, and by choice and need a Savior to save them from the penalty of their sins. Salvation is the free gift and work of God's grace received through repentance and faith in Christ Jesus.
We believe in the gifts of the Spirit as defined in scripture. These gifts are to be expressed "decently and in order" and are for edification, exhortation, comfort and ministry to the church body as well as to the world.
We believe the church is an elect company of believers, baptized by the Spirit in one body. It's mission is to witness concerning Jesus Christ, preaching the gospel to every person, making disciples, and faithfully observing the ordinances of water baptism and the Lord's Supper. The church will finally be caught up to meet the Lord in the air when He appears and so will be with the Lord forever.
